Getting Started...

OK. I've never done a blog before, so bear with me until I get the hang of this. Hopefully, I can dredge up enough suppressed creativity to make this site the slightest bit interesting. I have a lot of friends that do this on a fairly regular basis, and they make it seem so easy. For me, however, in all my left-brainedness, it is going to take nothing short of a miracle to keep this site up and running. But, I am going to start on a positive note and say that blogging will become routine for me...if I can remember what having a routine is like. Ever since Cooper was born, the idea of the same-o, same-o everyday is a long forgotten memory, which isn't a bad thing. It does keep life interesting. OK...I am starting to ramble...is it OK to ramble on and on when you blog? Dunno....

In Cooper's world, life is ever-changing. Two weeks ago, he just started sleeping in his crib all through the night. I was so proud of him! I was beginning to think he was going to be sleeping in that pack-n-play until kindergarden. Then, he made the leap to eating cereal, which was a fun, but messy experience for all involved. Greg and I got a kick out of watching him eat for the first time. And finally, last week, he started the tummy to back roll. And, he is attempting some rudimentary form of a crawling that involves a lot of face planting and nose smushing. Actually, it looks probably a lot more painful than it really is. It is a work in progress...
